Privacy Policy

SEO Analyzer Pro / AI GEO (“we”, “our”, or “the service”) at aigeo.ae provides AI-powered SEO analysis, AI search (GEO) insights, Google Business Profile tools, and optional analytics dashboards. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

• Website URLs you analyze: When you enter a URL for SEO analysis or a full site audit, we use that URL to fetch and analyze the page(s). We do not sell this data.
• Google account (Google Business Profile): If you connect Google for GBP, we receive and store OAuth tokens and basic profile info (email, name, picture) from Google. We use this only to manage your Business Profile (fetch info, posts) on your behalf. Stored per your session/project.
• Google account (Analytics dashboard): If you connect Google on our Analytics page, we request read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4) so we can show your search and traffic reports in our UI. We store OAuth refresh tokens on our server (linked to your browser session or account) only to refresh those reports when you use the tool. We do not modify your Analytics or Search Console settings.
• Microsoft / Bing (optional): If you connect Bing Webmaster Tools, we store OAuth tokens to submit URLs you choose and, where available, list your verified sites. We do not sell this data.
• Business profile data: When you connect GBP, we may store business name, category, address, phone, website, and description from Google for posting and content features.
• Session and usage data: We use identifiers in your browser (and optional login) to associate your session with connected integrations. We do not use this to track you across unrelated websites.
• Account registration (optional): If you create an account, we store email and a password hash for authentication.

2. How we use your data

• To run SEO / GEO analysis and show results and recommendations.
• To connect to Google Business Profile when you request it.
• To display Search Console and GA4 summaries when you connect Google Analytics in the app.
• To submit URLs to Bing when you connect Bing and request submission.
• To improve our service and fix errors.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-party services

We use Google APIs (Business Profile, OAuth, Search Console, Analytics) and optionally Bing Webmaster APIs when you choose those features. Your use is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Microsoft’s privacy statements as applicable. We only access data needed for the features you enable.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on our servers. We use industry-standard measures to protect it. Google tokens and profile data are stored per session/project so that each user’s data is kept separate.

5. Your rights

You can disconnect integrations (Google Analytics, Bing, GBP) from the app where provided, revoke access in your Google Account permissions or Microsoft account, or clear site data. You may request access to or deletion of data we hold by contacting us (see below).

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
